How do you sell beef?
We sell beef in bulk and in bundles. We offer quarter, half, and whole cows, as well as bundles for as low as $75. Please see the online store for current inventory and buying options.
Do your cows receive hormones?
We do not inject our cows with any steroids, hormones, mRNA, or antibiotics. Our hay is free of toxic pesticides. Our goal is to provide and clean and healthy product that we feed our own family.
How do you feed your cows?
Jim grows, bales, and wraps all the hay to make a nutrient-dense silage which we feed our cows and sell to other local farms in the area. We add a small amount of grain, usually sorghum grain, corn, or cottonseed, to give the beef the perfect amount of marbling and delicious flavor.
How long do I have to wait if I put a deposit down on a quarter, half, or whole cow?
We deliver cows to the processor the second Monday of each month. The beef ages for 10-14 days, and we haul the frozen beef back for pick up at the farm. Wait time is usually less than 30 days.
When can I pick up my bundle?
Bundle pick up is every Wednesday from 6-7 pm, unless indicated differently in the online store. We also have a weekend beef pick-up, usually the last Sunday of the month, but this will always be noted in the store and on the Facebook page. How do you sell hay?
We sell round bales by appointment only. Email Krista at jimfullerfarm@jimfullerfarm.com or call 706-587-9267. Square bales are currently sold out. They will be added to the online store when they are available.
Do you sell anything other than beef or hay?
We offer pork in the Fall! We will advertise this on our social media pages when it becomes available, usually October or November.
